I had the pleasure of bringing this Project Floral boudoir collab to life in Denver with Tristin from Project Floral! Tristin had a unique and creative idea she had been working on: floral jewelry! The concept is all about adorning the body with flowers in a way that feels both natural and whimsical. It’s an exciting way to incorporate florals into any event, and it works especially well for boudoir sessions. Makeup by Sabrina Deemer Makeup, a Denver based artist.
Tristin from Project Floral wanted to create something that would give off a forest fairy vibe, which she has done before with brides looking for a more ethereal, nature-inspired aesthetic. This time, though, we decided to take the idea in a slightly different direction—combining it with boudoir photography. The result was a truly magical experience.
One of my favorite aspects of the Project Floral Boudoir Collab was the floral pasties Tristin designed. These intricate, beautiful pieces are meant to cover the nipples while adding a touch of elegance and femininity. They were hands down my favorite floral elements from the entire session!
The session itself was a blast. I had the opportunity to work with three incredible models who really brought Tristin’s vision to life. The models were all people I’d bet in life whether friends or past clients of mine. Each of them embraced the forest fairy aesthetic with confidence and grace, making the Project Floral Boudoir Collab an unforgettable experience.
The floral jewelry looked incredible on each model. It was inspiring to see how well the concept worked within the context of boudoir photography. Whether it’s for a wedding, an event, or a boudoir shoot, these floral adornments add something truly special and unique. It was amazing to see how the flowers transformed each model into a living work of art, blending beauty, nature, and empowerment.
Collaborating with Tristin from Project Floral was such a creative and refreshing experience. I love how her vision brings a fresh perspective to bridal and boudoir shoots alike. The Project Floral Boudoir Collab was not just a photoshoot—it was a celebration of creativity, femininity, and the natural world. I can’t wait to explore more ideas like this in the future!
